Above is a hierarchy of technology leadership in my home district of Liberty County. This hierarchy was very informative when it comes to who calls the shots in my district. It helped me to understand whom to contact when in a techno emergency or when I needed something for my Practicum. Also I have attached a brag sheet that shows what you can expect service-wise from the technology specialists that I worked with.

Reflection:
This section is one that is all about professional learning and program evaluation. I attached the artifacts that I felt most represented the mastery of the below standards and elements. The first artifact that I have attached is the heirachy of technology leadership in Liberty County, and the brag sheet. This artifact shows understanding of two of the elements. In order to conduct needs assessments on a district wide level, you must know whom to contact to get that needs assessment out. The same goes for professional learning. I used the leadership hierarchy to understand who gave professional developments, how they got there, who their bosses were, etc. The next artifact attached is the needs assessment (Element 5.1) used to build my Google Classroom module. I was able to send the needs assessment out through the county by contacting a technology specialist at my Board of Education. This was crucial to the development of my course, and the creation of my professional development. The next two artifacts uploaded is the Google Classroom module, and the Google Classroom site I used for my face to face instruction. This artifact shows mastery of all three elements. In order to create a module, I had to conduct a needs assessment, and then use that needs assessment to build the professional development that I taught. I have also attached the survey link used to evaluate the course. I will use the feedback and criticism I gained from the survey results to improve the module for future instruction.
